All such short/long periods are decided by ventoutt/Neuniverse from time to time.

If you are located outside India or Israel and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India, and Israel and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Neuniverse Networks will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and under this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

8. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

0.2 In case of any threat/ damage to ventoutt, any person associated with ventoutt or the user itself, we hold the authority to report it to government institutions.

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Even on anonymous chat, we cannot guarantee 100% anonymity if you have signed up earlier. We suggest you to log out and continue chatting.

These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies,s or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

20.  Action turn around time

The privacy policy is not limited to these points mentioned above, we may modify the policy as per our convenience and wish. We advise you not to engage with the website if you have issues with privacy policy and data handling.
